We have more fantastic news to share as we have also been awarded a place on the Torus Framework which will run for the next four years up until 2024.
Torus is a housing provider based in the North West, and manages around 40,000 homes and 74,000 customers, with deep roots in the Liverpool City Region and Cheshire.
The framework will cover a range of projects across the North West including Extra Care schemes, Listed Buildings and High-Rise apartments, with a valuation of £13,673,000 million.
Having already worked with Torus for several years now whilst currently involved on a number of exciting schemes for the housing provider, we are very much looking forward to developing and strengthening this working relationship over the next few years through the framework, and delivering much needed affordable homes to the North West.
