We are delighted to share the news that we have been awarded a place on the JV North Framework for 2021-2026, after successfully ranking 1st on the evaluation procedure in respect of the M&E tender lot.
JV North is a consortium of housing association and local authority members in the North West.
It consists of Bury Council, Johnnie Johnson Housing, One Manchester, Peaks & Plains Housing Trust, Muir Group, Plus Dane Housing, Sovini, Stockport Council, Stockport Homes, Torus, Trafford Housing Trust, Weaver Vale Housing Trust and Wythenshawe Community Housing Group.
Members have built the equivalent of 3.5 homes every working day and invested over £1 billion since forming in 2007.
JV North’s 2021/26 contractors’ and consultants’ framework is valued at c.£560 million and will deliver in the region of 4,000 properties.
A central theme to the framework is the Build Back Fairer principle.
This focuses on not only addressing the housing crisis but working together with contractors and consultants to create efficient and high-quality homes that contribute positively to the communities in which they are situated.
The Building Back Fairer principle sees those appointed working with our members to also provide clear social value outcomes, addressing key issues such as inequality, poor health, unemployment, and apprenticeships.
Our inclusion on the JV North Framework adds to other recent successes after also being appointed on Your Housing Group, ADRA, Torus and Procure Partnerships Frameworks.
