What We Did
This project comprises the creation of a new 10 storey residential building located in Liverpool’s thriving Baltic area.
The building will feature a total of 64 Rent to Buy apartments with a mixture of one and two bed options, along with 10 commercial units.
Davies Partnership were appointed by Crossfield Construction to deliver the full MEP design for the project which included the mechanical ventilation systems, electric heating systems, and dry riser installation.
