What We Did
Davies Partnership were proudly appointed by the restaurant chain to deliver the full MEP design for each of their restaurants in Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, and most recently, Edinburgh.
The award-winning restaurants provide guests with a modern Asian-fusion experience allowing those to dine under a tunnel of Sakura blossom and enjoy an exclusive infused menu of traditional Asian flavours.
MEP highlights from the projects include commercial kitchen ventilation with specialist smoke and odour control suitable for low level discharge in a city centre environment, VRF air conditioning, and restaurant mechanical ventilation. Additionally, Davies Partnership carried out quality inspections during the construction phase of the projects.
