What We Did

The project involved the construction of a new 2-storey office block for the NWRFCA.

Davies Partnership were appointed by the client to develop the MEP performance specification, with our Sustainability team leading on the low carbon design preparing the Part L compliance models including ‘As Designed’ and ‘As Built’ BRUKL reports and Energy Performance Certificate using IES Dynamic Simulation Modelling.

Air source heat pumps provide heating and hot water whilst VRF heat pumps provide both heating and cooling to the office accommodation.

What They Said

This is a building we can all be proud of and enjoy working in for many years to come.
