What We Did

Situated within the ground floor of a multi-storey office development on New Bailey Street, Menagerie is a stunning Contemporary American Restaurant & Bar providing guests with an immersive dining and drinking experience. Founded by Owner and Managing Director Karina Jadhav in 2016, the restaurant was one of the first to offer experiential dining which has seen an increased trend over recent years.

Davies Partnership were appointed to carry out the construction phase monitoring duties and undertook the detailed design of the MEP services for the project including mechanical ventilation, heating/cooling, water services, electrical distribution, general lighting, and fire alarm installation. Plant space was at a premium, therefore close co-ordination was required with the architect and interior designer to ensure all items of equipment could be easily maintained without impacting the visual appearance. As with any restaurant project, co-ordination with the kitchen specialist with regards to the ventilation system was key.
