What We Did

The project comprised the new build construction of a central Police hub facility in Llangefni providing accommodation for police functions and the probation service. The project was completed to a BREEAM Excellent standard.

Davies Partnership provided the full MEP design for the scheme ensuring it was developed with a highly sustainable purpose. This included incorporating the building with gas absorption heat pumps, rainwater harvesting and photovoltaic cells. The building was also designed to maximise the use of natural daylight and incorporates a high-level of thermal insulation and low air-permeability to minimise energy consumption and optimise the buildings green credentials.

What They Said

Davies Partnership were a valued member of the design team ensuring the mechanical and electrical services met the clients detailed brief. Their proactive and collaborative approach during the project meant the installation was completed successfully and to a high standard. We would have no hesitation in recommending Davies Partnership for other similar projects.
