What We Did

The project involved the new build construction of a two storey Police station in Llandudno to replace the existing outdated station. The building was required to be of a BREEAM Excellent standard resulting in a cutting-edge design in terms of aesthetic and technology.

Davies Partnership were appointed to provide the full MEP design for the project working closely with the architect to ensure the building achieved a modern finish. The building was designed in a way for ventilation to generally be provided by natural means, with mechanical ventilation provided where necessary.

What They Said

Davies Partnership were responsible for the M&E Stage 4 of the new build Police Station which was constructed to NWF&R detailed brief and achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ status. They successfully implemented a number of renewable technologies into the project including a Gas Absorption Heat Pump and we would certainly recommend their services to others.
