What We Did
This project involved the construction of a 72 bed care home in Guiseley, Leeds.
The modern and luxurious care home features 72 bedrooms all with fully equipped en-suite facilities. Communal spaces include a hairdresser and nail bar, first and second floor terrace, landscaped garden, and patio area, allowing residents to spend time with each other and engage in wellbeing activities or events.
Guiseley Manor offers respite, nursing, residential and dementia care services with staff on hand at all times to ensure residents are well looked after.
Davies Partnership were appointed by McGoff Construction to provide the full range of MEP Design services for the scheme.

We worked with the team at Davies Partnership, progressing the design from RIBA stage 3 through to RIBA stage 5, making sure that the clients requirements and expectations where achieved throughout all aspects of the design. Throughout the process the team at Davies Partnership were very proactive, knowledgeable and they engaged in a collaborative manner resulting in the high-quality design and construction of this modern and luxurious care home.
