Client: Coleg Cambria
Sectors:
Location: Deeside, Wales

What We Did

The project involved the renovation of the existing Entrance Hub, Food Hall, and Café at the Coleg Cambria Deeside Campus.

Working in close collaboration with the rest of the design team to ensure a quick turnaround for the client in time for the return of students, Davies Partnership were appointed to provide the full MEP design for the project. Mechanical works involved above ground drainage, domestic services, LTHW heating, mechanical ventilation, and air conditioning. Electrical systems associated with the project included low voltage distribution, electronic access control, general lighting, and CCTV.

What They Said

TACP architects have worked with Davies Partnership over a number of years and more recently on the new Agile Working Hubs for Coleg Cambria at Wrexham and Deeside. These schemes required close collaboration between the design team to ensure both projects were delivered successfully, and Davies Partnership were instrumental in this process. Where possible we would continue to recommend Davies Partnership to any prospective clients.
