Richard Lewis

Richard joined the company in 2015 as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and has worked within the building services industry for 33 years. Richard quickly became Regional Director for Wales and was instrumental in setting up of our Conwy office and in creating relationships and securing business in Wales.

Richards current role as Technical & Quality Director sees him responsible for ensuring the design output from each of the offices is of the highest standard, consistency, and the best solution to meet our Client requirements. He also heads up the BIM and Sustainability departments keeping the business abreast of the latest developments and is responsible for Davies Partnership ISO quality, environmental and health and safety systems. Richards passion is to redefine quality standards within the building services industry.

Richard is a keen ‘biker’ and enjoys touring the UK and beyond when not in work, his is go-to brew is a fine cup of tea paired up with some shortbread – ideally with a high butter content!
