Gemma Davies

One of the original members of the Davies Partnership team, Gemma has had a variety of job roles throughout her career at Davies Partnership. Originally starting as a member of the CAD team, she founded the Sustainability department in 2004 gaining CIBSE Licentiate & Low Carbon Consultant memberships, and also her Energy Assessor accreditation.

In 2014 Gemma moved roles again into Business & Finance before advancing to her current role as Director of Business & Finance in 2018. Responsible for the financial health of the business, Gemma is an integral part of the leadership team, and a key player in shaping where the business finds itself today. No doubt Gemma is one of the cogs that makes our machine work and her dedication and commitment to the business is highly valued by all.

Gemma is a big fan of anything equestrian and has a thoroughbred ex-racehorse called ‘Fan’ who she adores. She also has a keen eye for classic cars and owns an orange retro Austin 1300GT.
