What We Did
Located on the Liverpool waterfront at Princes Dock and suitably named after the year in which it opened, Plaza 1821 is a residential development comprising 105 one and two-bedroom apartments along with ground floor commercial units.
Davies Partnership were appointed in a dual capacity on this project, initially to act a client advisor for Regenda on the PRS apartment scheme and secondly to design the MEP services within the ground floor commercial units to meet the clients fit out requirements. Commercial Unit 1 is to be fitted out for Moose Coffee with work ongoing, whilst Commercial Unit 2 was fitted out as a Residents Lounge, Staff Office, and associated WC.
